By Friday afternoon, boaties slide in between 3 and 5 PM for discounted beers, wine, and half-price oysters. For main, we had the Blue Trevally, and this was quite beautiful for such a simple dish. Crispy skin with delicate flesh, very fresh tasting, lightly seasoned to avoid overpowering the natural goodness of that beautiful fish.
