About Superwok

Level 2 of Westfield Coomera hides an unpretentious powerhouse of Cantonese comfort and Hong Kong café cooking. The retro streetscape decor sets the mood, but the high-heat wok hei on the dry-fried beef ho fun does the real talking—seared dry, tender, and deeply savory. Expat regulars head straight for the iron sizzling plate: a garlic-laced trio of grilled prawns, crisp-skinned chicken, and steak over vegetables that soak up every bit of pan sauce. Tables fill with bubbling chicken hot pots and shareable yum cha platters, rounded out by rich, silky Hong Kong milk tea.

  • Sizzling Iron Plates: Searing hot iron plates loaded with grilled prawns, crisp-skinned chicken, and steak over sauce-soaked vegetables.
  • Hong Kong Café Classics: Tender dry-fried beef ho fun with smoky wok aroma, rich chicken hot pots, and smooth silk-stocking milk tea.
  • Slow-Simmered Curries: Fragrant beef brisket coconut curry served with steamed rice, alongside comforting laksa bowls.
