Tucked behind Australia Fair, Tasty Bamboo Garden delivers proper Cantonese banquet cooking anchored by live seafood tanks. No suburban takeaway shortcuts here—just serious heat and fresh produce. Regulars look straight toward the tanks for king crab hauled to order and dumped over noodles that drink up the cooking juices, or whole steamed barramundi dressed in ginger, shallots, and light soy. The woks yield crisp salt and pepper squid alongside hefty cuts of black pepper wagyu. The kitchen even turns out off-menu regional requests if you give the chef advance notice. Out front, owner Lindy runs the floor with easy warmth, keeping the dining room moving smoothly right through to dessert.
