    I especially recommend the Wagyu Yellow Curry and the Hokkaido Scallops. Both dishes demonstrated excellent spice balance, adding warmth without overpowering the other flavours. The scallops were soft and tender with a pleasant kick of spice, while the Wagyu featured melt-in-your-mouth medium-rare beef paired with a rich, flavourful yellow curry.
