A huge bowl of light chicken broth with chicken thigh, lettuce, tofu puffs, sweet corn, and spring onion. You can choose your noodles and I went with the red rice noodles. Light, savoury, and super slurpable.
Lynn Golden Broth Pork Belly
It's sour and spicy, pork belly incredibly tender and melts in your mouth and has a few pieces of tofu, bokchoy and a small handful of bean sprouts.
