Sofia’s brings coastal Italian dining to Broadbeach with serious energy and theatrical tableside flair. The crowd leans into warm, puffed bread torn beside truffle burrata before the main show arrives: cacio e pepe tossed tableside directly inside a hollowed parmesan wheel. Purists opt for the prawn linguine or wild boar ragù, while the bar team shakes Campari and Yellow Chartreuse concoctions behind the marble counter. It all wraps up over espresso-soaked tiramisu.
