Perched high on the 26th floor above Surfers Paradise, this revolving dining room tracks the Gold Coast skyline and coast while you eat. The panorama slides steadily past your table—from the beach breakers to the hinterland—without you having to leave your seat. Seafood devotees head straight for the twin buffet stations, loading plates with chilled Moreton Bay bugs, fresh prawns, and shucked oysters on ice. Hot stations turn out slow-cooked lamb shanks, roast lamb, and beef cheek if you want a break from the cold crustacea. Regulars know to lock in an early session, take advantage of the three-hour validated hotel parking below, and sip a lychee martini while the twilight sets over the Nerang River.
