Perched above the North Burleigh Surf Club, this adults-only retreat swaps crowded bistro counters for panoramic views of crashing waves. Pull up to a high table for prime whale-watching while acoustic sets roll in during weekend sessions. Regulars head straight for share plates of wagyu beef tataki and crisp tempura prawn bao buns, washed down with a tart whiskey sour or an Aperol spritz.
