Perched right on the Brisbane River beneath the Story Bridge, Stanley delivers punchy modern Cantonese with electric wharf energy. Dinner parties and milestone tables fill the room for the roast kitchen’s siu mei—especially the blistered crackling on the roast pork and crisp-skinned chicken. Start with thick-cut kingfish, then load the table with crab-packed Fujian fried rice and roast duck. Diners consistently leave room for the baby pineapple dessert to round out the feast.

Kellemcris Vibrant Sunday Waterfront Yum Cha
Sunday Yum Cha transitions traditional dim sum into a high-energy waterfront ritual featuring live deck DJs, river breezes, and bespoke tableside cocktails.
The Yum Cha selection was excellent, we enjoyed some cheeky Bloody Marys, which were made at our table to our specific specs, by a lovely young gentleman. There was a DJ playing out on the deck, which overlooks the river and the weather was spectacular!

Stanley's prominent waterfront positioning along the historic wharf promenade delivers sweeping river panoramas right beneath the Story Bridge.
A beautifuly settled restaurant, right under the bridge at the river. The last one at the promenade in the old warth and post office! The outdoor table was quiet, as we could have nice conversations.
