How should a first-time family compare apartment booking channels on the Gold Coast?

Book through a channel whose payment and dispute process you understand, not simply the lowest teaser price.

Read recent property-specific reviews and confirm the legal host or management contact.

Compare the exact apartment, total fees, cancellation and support if the room is not as described.
