Mate's TableFood tips and first-hand experience from the people who know.
Choosing park dates and planning a comfortable visit.
Compare each park's current height and age rules with your children's interests before buying tickets. The park with the most rides is not necessarily the one they can all enjoy.
Read current maintenance and operating notices before buying a dated ticket. If few attractions suit your child, a beach or wildlife outing may be a happier choice.
Map every park from candidate accommodation using the current transport planner. The parks are spread out, so no single suburb is equally close to all of them.
Use the official app or park information for same-day wait times and show schedules. Keep some flexibility between park days if weather turns.
Have a nearby dry-weather alternative in mind and check refund terms before booking. Do not base the day on an old forum opening schedule.
Leave a rest or beach day between large attractions. Check current animal presentation times and park opening hours before fixing the order.
Choose one major park at a time and put a quieter beach or playground day between them. Check height and age rules before buying multi-park tickets.
Stay where meals and the beach are easy, then map the travel time to each park. Check height rules before buying tickets for rides.
If you also want beach evenings, a base on a frequent transport corridor may be better than a hotel near the gate. Compare the whole-day travel cost with the accommodation price.
Do not schedule the zoo between consecutive theme-park days. Keep one flexible rest day, and compare a multi-day park pass only after choosing which parks the family genuinely wants.
Compare the current attraction list and height limits for both children, not just the park brand. One park may suit a mixed-interest group better on your dates.
Compare the current attraction lists, height limits and show schedules at each park. Animal experiences and thrill rides appeal to different children.
